Performance and stability are 2 of the most important features of our systems. In over 7 years of use, there has never been a reported failure of the software or database caused by the Lineup applications.
We've only ever seen problems caused by hardware failure or database corruption caused by MSSQL or physical hardware/environment issues. In all cases, the automatic 4-hour backup and bulit-in disaster recovery have restored full service within a couple hours of the hardware being repaired (or new hardware used).
