In AdPoint, you can see the status of any ad directly from the web interface. There is a check mark for each approval required by the system so the rep can see if anything is delayed, which department is responsible, and who should be contacted to get it pushed through. The ad details page in AdPoint shows every status from pre-sales through to invoicing so the sales rep will know exactly what is happening at all times.
For extra comfort, sales reps can use AdMount to see the actual placement of the ad in a print publication.
