AdPoint has full support for contracts. These can be tied to customers or agencies within the system.

When a contract is set up, every aspect of the sale process can be changed. By attaching an order to a contract, the order can be tracked separately in the system and alternate approval rules can be used. Automatic discount or add-ons can be attached to the contracts.

Payment terms and invoice options can be set on the contract to force the orders to behave in accordance to your agreement. Contract orders can be invoiced like normal (when the ad is published) or they can be invoiced at set intervals (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
