Lineup Systems Signs Major Deal with Mexican Publisher, Grupo Expansión
Lineup Systems | News | 10th October 2014
Lineup Systems, the global advertising sales solution provider, has won a major contract with Mexico’s second largest publisher Grupo Expansión to implement print, digital and self-service components of their advertising system AdPoint.
This project marks Lineup System’s continued expansion into North America and supports Grupo Expansión’s strategy of strengthening their multi-channel advertising opportunities to improve competitiveness.
AdPoint will replace the incumbent legacy advertising system, enabling Grupo Expansión’s sales teams to book advertising placements across television, digital, print, mobile and tablet formats with a single interaction. AdPoint will also support fully comprehensive packages, which, beyond covering all the advertising channels of Grupo Expansión, extend into events, sponsorships, app building and content syndication. Being 100% web-based and with a highly customizable user-interface, AdPoint is capable of managing complex sales functions with measurable results across all media channels.
Michael Mendoza, CEO of Lineup Systems, said: “This is a fantastic win. The recent discovery phase at Grupo Expansión successfully demonstrated exactly how AdPoint’s powerful commercial benefits could be delivered across a broad and complex media business efficiently and cost effectively.”
Grupo Expansión CTO Gustavo Muñoz commented, “We are impressed with AdPoint’s capability to maximize the value of all our advertising streams. We wanted a system that was easy to use and quick to deploy without sacrificing the innovation or performance of its advertising tools.”
