Major UK regional media company KM Media Group has signed a significant agreement with ad tech solutions provider Lineup Systems to implement Lineup’s specialist advertising CRM, ad booking, finance and analytics solutions across the group’s print, broadcast and digital properties.
Since beginning in 1859 with the Maidstone Telegraph, the KM Media Group has grown its portfolio to include an array of free newspapers and paid-for titles, specialist publications, Internet, broadcast and digital radio and other media.
The new advertising system will enable KM Media Group to meet strategic goals for increasing advertising sales, reducing operating costs and maximising profits across its multi-channel media business.
KM Media Group chose Lineup partly from identifying the most capable technology and technical functionality available, and partly from recognising Lineup’s ability to provide strategic input and consultancy to ensure they were getting the best commercial results from the deployment, supported by effective processes. Lineup worked closely with KM Media Group to develop a customised new package booking section to enable single click buying for print, online and broadcast products.
