NDC mediagroep Goes Live with Lineup Systems’ Adpoint

Lineup Systems’ web based advertising sales and management system AdPoint has successfully launched at leading Netherlands based publisher NDC mediagroep.

The new AdPoint advertising system streamlines operations and reduces costs through automation of the entire billing process and integration with NDC’s third-party systems. AdPoint’s combined Booking, CRM and Finance modules allow NDC’s sales teams to book advertising placements across digital, print display and classified formats with a single multi-channel order transaction.


AdPoint’s versatile 100% web based format enabled NDC to integrate with core third party production, finance and self-service solutions to create a seamless and comprehensive advertising system. The project created the first instance in which AdPoint integrated with Classwizard’s DispoCloud Ad Asset Management, Material Pickup, Ad Makeup and advert approval and release workflows for print and digital content. It is also the first media billing process to support the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), a payment-integration initiative of the European Union for simplification of bank transfers denominated in euro.

Previously finance processes were separate from ad booking, but AdPoint now provides billing in one integrated system, streamlining financial operations, giving greater control over invoicing and helping to bring new insights through preventative query management.

The implementation supports 250 users at NDC mediagroep and strengthens their approach as an innovative, audience-driven publisher making the most of multi-channel media opportunities. Until now, legacy booking systems have meant that cross-platform advertising orders required co-ordination across multiple systems. The AdPoint system brings inventory together within a single intuitive interface, significantly improving the efficiency and speed of advertising operations.
